Love it here because one is still able to get off season designs not available in most stores. Clothes are of good quality for men and women alike and prices are also very reasonable.

Well kept store a young lady by the name of Essence has been awesome. she help me while she bought multiple jeans to the back for me to try on. Definitely would be returning back for business because of her .

This was my first time shopping at an actual American Eagle and I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the experience. I was greeted right when I came in the door by the manager, staff actually stopped what they were doing to greet me as I walked around picking up items. The manager asked me if I wanted a bag for all the items I had in my hand but I declined. After about 10 mins and a few more pieces, Anthony came by and said "I know your shoulder must hurt, here is a bag" we both laughed because he knew I had said NO' just a few minutes ago. He smiled and let me know if I need help he would be there to help. He seemed so warm towards me, that to my own surprise, I asked him a few questions. He answered all my question and even helped make some great suggestions. After my arm couldn't hold anymore items,I walked over to the fitting room and was met with Sam, she put me in a room, offered help and advice and even let me know I could save some money by signing up for a FREE Reward System. She was so nice and made me feel so welcomed as if I was a old friend. Because of them I ended up walking out with a $700 bill, and signing up for the Reward system. I soo happy with everyone there and the level of service (even the register girl, didn't caught her name something with a D) that I didn't care one bit.

The store is very organized but a little small so it may look a little cluttered. The workers are so attentive and helpful! They also offer a wide range of sizes helping many people to feel included. I love, love, love the jeans from American Eagle. Their jeggings look like authentic rigid denim but they are very stretchy and so comfortable, especially if you're a curvy girl!

I haven’t bought jeans in years but when I went in today and asked for help, I was able to find my size The ladies who helped me, especially the one in the dressing room Chantel was super sweet and helped me 110% the other ladies who helped me like Amber and I didn’t get the third persons name but they were so helpful and so sweet! Thank you for making my experience in buying jeans here amazing. I love the quality of these jeans so I’m glad I came back here.. keep up the good work ladies!!!

I walked into AE just 8 minutes before closing, unsure of my size after recently losing weight. I planned to grab a pair of jeans and return them later if they didn’t fit, but Kiara, the manager, went above and beyond to help me. She encouraged me to try them on and guessed my correct size on the first try! The entire team—Amber, Bianca, and Edwin—was so accommodating and kind, even as I shopped with my toddler in tow. They found multiple options for me, and when they didn’t have the right length in store, they helped me place an online order for home delivery. The store was clean, well-organized, and filled with great energy. This was my first time shopping at American Eagle, but thanks to this amazing team, it definitely won’t be my last. Great leadership, outstanding customer service, and quality items. Highly recommend!

I had such an amazing experience at the American Eagle store in Cross County thanks to Nikki and Anthony! They both went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. The product I was looking for showed up online, but I couldn’t order it in-store instead of just leaving it at that, Nikki and Anthony took the time to call customer service and even check with other stores to see if they could track it down for me. Anthony gave me so much confidence when I was trying on jeans, offering honest feedback and making me feel great about my choices. Nikki was incredibly patient and kind, never rushing me and making sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Their customer service was truly outstanding they turned what could have been a frustrating shopping trip into such a positive and enjoyable experience. Huge thank you to Nikki and Anthony for their effort and genuine care. American Eagle is lucky to have them!
